COURSE 2 – DUI Defense Basics is a program for those interested in learning how law enforcement is trained to perform traffic stops and look for DUI Clues. This program is appropriate for all skill levels. We explore the DUI basics, review DUI stops and practice tips.
COURSE 3 – The DUI Gameshow is a replay of a live program for those interested in learning about DUI law and the tests performed by law enforcement across the country. This program is appropriate for all skill levels. We explore phases and phrases in detail, tie it back the NHTSA Training Manual used by law enforcement and give some examples and useful practice tips.

Kimberly is a trained DUI SFST Instructor and an attorney licensed in multiple states. She has taught the full SFST live course multiple times across several jurisdictions, including Public Defender’s Offices.
