PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

DUI Defense Basics is a program for those interested in learning about Phases 2 and 3 of a DUI stop performed by law enforcement across the country. This program is appropriate for all skill levels. We explore each phase in detail, tie it back the NHTSA Training Manual used by law enforcement and give practice tips.

Meet the Trainer – David Adams 

David Adams is a trained DUI SFST Instructor. He is a private investigator and DUI Expert Witness for the defense. He has taught the full SFST live course multiple times across several jurisdictions, including Public Defender’s Offices.
